1820 North Berendo MUST DIE!
In the stately pines of Los Feliz sits an elegant 1907 home at 1820 North Berendo. Single-family homes, of course, must be destroyed — so says the City of Los Angeles.

Ah, Los Feliz. Gracious homes, grand trees. The site of one of Los Angeles’s most lovely of both, here, at 1820 N Berendo, where an elegant home sits nestled in the stately pines:

A single-family home built in 1907??? 1820 North Berendo MUST DIE!!!

If 1820 North Berendo is demolished, where will teenage girls with a lust for lingerie go to purloin a diaphanous peignoir?

Yu Kon Kim, on the 1st, inst. began demolition permitting with City Planning. Say goodbye to these incredible trees:

Because if you like trees, you are PART OF THE PROBLEM! Only tree demolition and a three-story, high-density building will save us!!!! Urban heat islands are as necessary to Los Angeles as the other benefits of greater density, like the strain on natural resources, greater crime, lower per capita income, and other worthwhile social factors our Developer Masters and YIMBY Liberators have thoughtfully provided us.
Just as we were liberated down the street at 1754 North Berendo!

Soon all the little homes will ALL be gone and we will be free! FREEEEEE!!!

HAIL THE NEW DAWN
